Planning time for building homemade wind generator

One of the first thing that popped into my mind when I started my first homemade wind generator was TIME. Where will I find this much time for building a true homemade wind generator. I thought it will take years for me to complete, but actually its only careful planning of your time, which will help you avoid this problem.

Get yourself a notepad

Its not high tech, so just write down all you have done and what you need to do. Its good when you have a place where to check whether you already connected something or not.

Separate building

When for an example you are waiting for lets say the DC engine, and you think, ok here is a week where I cannot do anything on my homemade wind generator, then you are wrong. When you are waiting for a engine, then build some other parts, like tail or tower or maybe check other parts.

Don't get lazy

The biggest problem for me was, that whenever something didn't work out, then I quitted. But that's what you have to avoid or otherwise you will wake up one day a year later and you are still building the homemade wind generator. Just keep on going all will sort out and there is nothing hard that you cannot master!
